Pitter Patter Potter Birthday Party
A Pitter Patter Potter Party is a perfect way to celebrate your child’s special day with their friends. Each child will leave having created their own unique masterpiece, as a souvenir of their fun-filled day.
As busy parents ourselves, we know the pressure of children’s birthday parties can bring, so let us manage the details, allowing you to make happy memories, while we handle the mess!
Party Numbers
Our studio has a maximum capacity of 24 painters; with party bookings of 16 painters and over, you will have exclusive use of the studio for the duration of your party and a dedicated member of the team to run your party.
Our party packages have a minimum capacity of 7 painters. If your party number is 6 or less, please book a table in the studio and ask for one of the larger tables.
Party Duration
We suggest that most parties will last between 60 to 90 minutes depending on the age of the children, attention span and the complexity of the item being painted and we can advise you at the time of booking. As we are a pottery studio with lots of breakable items, we cannot accommodate boisterous party games. We can assist with fun sit down games such as pass the parcel, wink murder and pin the tail on the dinosaur or unicorn.
If you love the idea of a Pitter Patter Potter party but also want boisterous party games, or a longer time to complete your creations, why not consider a paint at home option? All the items you need to host a Pitter Patter Potter party in the comfort of your own home.
Catering
Being creative can be thirsty work and you will be able to refresh at our ‘hydration station’ with unlimited cups of diluting juice, water and tea/coffee for the birthday child’s parents.
You are very welcome to bring along a cake and we shall all join in a ‘Happy Birthday’ sing-song.
If your party size is 16+ you will have exclusive use of the studio and are welcome to bring along a cake. We can supply cups and plates.

Using our colourful underglaze, the children paint their chosen pottery. The glazing and firing process happens after the party and your items will be available to collect between 10 and 14 days after the party. If your item will be used for eating or drinking from then we recommend that you select paint, glaze and fire as once your item is returned it will be safe to eat from.

We have a beautiful rainbow of colourful acrylic paints to choose from and unique shades can be easily mixed. The children will paint their ceramic during the party, varnish and take home that day.
3. Foam Clay

The Foam clay comes in a range of colours, it is a soft mixable clay with small coloured beads within it. You can pull it, squish it, push it and prod it and stick it onto your ceramic surface. Left at room temperature, the foam clay hardens within 48 hours. Using this method, the ceramic would be ready to take home that day.

Why not combine both elements to create something truly magnificent? The children can paint their ceramic piece, varnish it and then create embellishments with the foam clay to add their own unique twist. Their creation will be ready to take home at the end of the party.

Description
This is our most popular party option with many parents loving the acrylic paint and foam clay decorating option as each party guest leaves with their decorated ornament in their party bag.
We have a delightfully cute collection of collectable ceramic ornaments to choose from. Pirates, Superhero's, animals, mermaids, princesses and campervans.
We can have a selection available to choose from but if you have a specific request, please let us know two weeks before the party to avoid disappointment.

Description If your party animals love animals we have farm, zoo and mystical characters to choose from including; pigs, chickens, dogs, cats, pugs, elephants, sharks, llamas, unicorns, mermaids and dragons, to name but a few.
We also have cars, jets and aero planes if you love a collectable with a bit of speed! The football fans are not forgotten either, we have football collectables that you can personalise with team colours.
As these items will be glazed and fired by the team and returned within 10 to 14 days.
Party option 3 - Create your own

Duration 60 - 120 mins painting time depending on the item chosen
Decorating options: If your item will be used for eating or drinking from then we recommend that you select paint, glaze and fire, as once your item is returned it will be safe to eat from. If your item is decorative you can select from any of the 4 decorative options, we shall be able to advise you when you make your booking.

We have an extensive range of ceramic ornaments, lanterns, money banks and dining items in the studio from which you can choose from. If you have a specific theme in mind, we would be happy to discuss your ideas and help you create a bespoke party for your specific needs.
